Tim Darbonne began his marching career as a baritone player in the Erath high School marching band from Erath, Louisiana. After graduating he went on to march Lead Euphonium with The Concord Blue Devils aging out in 2007 as a part of the corps' 12th DCI World Championship. While at the Blue Devils, Tim earned the Most Improved Marching award and the Rookie of the Year award. He rejoined the Blue Devils as a visual instructor in 2011, a position he holds to this day.

  Tim is a highly sought after visual instructor and designer in the southern United States. He has instructed several award winning marching bands in Texas including the Legacy High School Band, the Colleyville Heritage High School Band, and the BOA Grand National Finalist Richland High School Band. Prior to joining The Blue Devils visual staff Tim was a visual instructor with The Academy, The Madison Scouts,and The Troopers Drum and Bugle corps. Tim's designs have earned many "Superior" ratings and "Best in Class" including multiple State Champion awards.

  Tim is currently living in Erath, Louisiana and teaching his alma mater where he is the Program Coordinator/ Drill Designer and the Visual Caption Head.
